12-22 UPDATE:

If your browser won’t play the mpeg-4, just download the file (RIGHT-CLICK on image and select “download linked file as…” from the pull-down menu) to your desktop.

Some browsers add a .txt extension to the end of the file. Delete that extension! The file name should be:

HolidayCARDtoon_1.mp4
